The Trustee Services team provides unmatched training for Epiq Case Power and supporting applications.

During implementation, we provide on-site or virtual training as desired. This includes a structured curriculum of core skills and focus on specific concerns important to individual offices. We provide ongoing training as product enhancements occur or as required by client staff changes.

Epiq hosts an annual user conference, providing a collaborative forum with peers and training on newly released Case Power features. Additionally, our team is available for one-on-one training during annual and regional NACTT conferences.

Bank Reconciliation

Bank reconciliation is a crucial step in trustee monthly and annual reporting. Epiq clients leverage the Case Power system to review critical transactions and prepare bank account reconciliations. This includes generating the four-column proof of cash, reconciling items report and outstanding check list.
