Fourth consecutive year selected for products and services that strengthen legal operations

NEW YORK – Nov. 29, 2023 – Epiq, the largest alternative legal services provider, has once again been named a finalist for the Legalweek Leaders in Tech Awards. ALM made the announcement this week, and winners will be honored at a Jan. 29 ceremony during ALM’s Legalweek conference in New York.

The Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Awards are designed to honor organizations for their precedent-setting, game-changing achievements in innovation.

Epiq is once again a finalist in the Legal Operations category, a spot it has earned each year since the competition started four years ago. By auditing workflows, portfolio expenses, and outsourced services, Epiq identified more than $420,000 of annual savings, justifying its continued use, increasing efficiencies, leveraging the existing workforce, and optimizing the client’s IP strategy. 

Last year, Epiq’s Legal Business Advisory team was selected for its work to provide a Fortune 100 tech company with a methodical assessment of the end-to-end management of IP to transform its operational capability through process and organizational design. In 2021, Epiq won the award for helping a global Fortune 50 company with their multi-year global effort to deliver a unified footprint and greater efficiency to their legal operations function.
