Jon Kessler Senior Director, Information Governance Consulting

Jon Kessler is Vice President of Information Governance for Epiq, where he leads a global team that focuses on Microsoft compliance, legal hold, data privacy, insider risk management, and data security advisory and implementation. Kessler is an experienced leader focusing on delivering expertise on the topics of data migration, forensics, compliance, and eDiscovery. He has extensive experience working on complex matters across diverse industries and often provides formal compliance and eDiscovery training to government agencies and Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining Epiq in 2011, Kessler held senior leadership roles at two global data forensic and collection firms, led more than 600 forensic examination projects, and oversaw many others. Kessler has testified as an expert witness in federal and state courts, frequently speaks at legal technology conferences, and often delivers continuing legal education (CLE) accredited courses.
