Elizabeth Hennigan is a Director in the Global Service Delivery (GSD) department at Epiq. As a GSD Director, Ms. Hennigan is responsible for ensuring a unique singular service delivery experience across all regions and Epiq service lines, while also working towards providing new and innovative processes/ideas to meet the current and future needs of her clients.

Previous Professional Experience

Hennigan joined Epiq in 2014 and has experience working with Fortune 500 clients managing all aspects of the eDiscovery process from start to finish, ensuring client timelines are met, from preservation and collection through review and production.  In her previous role as Case Manager, Elizabeth was the single point of contact on high profile matters, including Federal and State Grand Jury Subpoenas, Antitrust HSR Second Requests, Internal Investigations, Multidistrict Litigation and other Large Class Actions to ensure first-class service delivery across Epiq’s experts and innovative technologies. 

As a Case Manager, Elizabeth was also the point of escalation for all client matters and concerns, working with clients to tailor solutions to unique challenges, including custom reporting solutions, invoicing and billing systems, and templatized workflows.  She worked with clients to develop shared documentation and tracking systems, implementing efficiencies and process changes.  

Before Epiq, Elizabeth was a Review Attorney at an eDiscovery vendor, supporting Document Review projects through review, QC and workflow consolation for large multinational clients. 

Education

Ms. Hennigan holds a J.D. from American University of Law, and a Master I & II in Business and International Commercial Law respectively from University of Paris West. She graduated from Wellesley with a BA in International Relations. Ms. Hennigan is admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado.
