Call In:

  • The direct number for in-house room reservations is 615-610-6995.
  • The best times to call are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm, or Sat/Sun 10:00am - 6:00pm (Central Standard Time).
  • Specify you are calling in for "Class of Our Own" to receive the discounted rates.
  • For reservation requests for pre or post nights, or upgraded room categories, call the reservations number above.

Online:

  • Go to https://www.fourseasons.com/nashville
  • Click on "Check Rates"
  • Select dates and enter our group code (case sensitive): 230430EIP
  • Confirm room and details
  • Please book your room at the Four Seasons by April 14th to guarantee you receive our negotiated summit room rates. If you can no longer attend, please contact Bre Graper at bgraper@epiqglobal.com

Note: Per the Four Seasons policy, Individual cancellations prior to Monday, May 1, 2023, will result in a refund of the one-night deposit. Cancellations within Monday, May 1, 2023, will result in a charge equal to 100 percent of the revenue for the entire stay.
