Epiq Expert to Share Insights Into Class Action Settlement Approval, Claims Administration and Distributions

Waciura has 20 years’ experience in class action settlements, both as a class action litigator and settlement administrator.  In this session, attendees will learn:

  • Rule 23 changes related to notice and settlement approval
  • The Northern District of California guidance regarding class action settlements and notice
  • Effective fund distribution processes
  • Latest trends in class action distributions
