In case you haven’t seen it, the First Quarter issue of our 25^th anniversary year is online. In this anniversary issue, we celebrate our 15th annual Diversity Leader and 2023 Latino Leadership Award winners, according to Diversity Journal.

Carlos Gonzales, Chief Information Officer, Epiq: "In my opinion, building teams is so critical to any individual success a leader can have. In order to do that, you need to help build up people. If you invest time in learning about a person, it helps you mentor them. In my experience in the technology industry, people often struggle with fitting into the business side of the job. The industry is still relatively new, even though it is such a huge part of the world we live in."
