This year at ILTACON, Epiq's own David Cambria sat down for an interview about generative AI and the impact it has had on the legal technology industry.

"We've had a lot of talk about generative AI. What's old is new again though, and while the tooling has changed, the underlying componentry is the same. We're still trying to solve for existing problems: the allignment of our legal services to the needs of business, but also how do we get adoption through change management?"

"The technology interacts with humans and those have to actually know how to use those tools in a way to drive the practice forward. Whilet that's not new, what is new is the complexity and investments they need to make in those technolgies, are becoming higher, greater, and more dense."
