
Epiq Discovery Expands AI Capabilities Within The Epiq Service Cloud
The Epiq Service Cloud enhances investigations, accelerates case strategy, and improves decision-making
NEW YORK – March 25, 2025 – Epiq announced today new advancements to the Epiq Discovery AI-enhanced data platform. Chat Q&A, a new feature of Epiq Discovery, helps legal professionals analyze and retrieve case-critical information using natural language queries. This capability is also available in Epiq AI Discovery Assistant™. Epiq Discovery, provided as part of the Epiq Service Cloud, preserves, analyzes, and reviews large volumes of data, reducing time to resolution for legal, compliance, and investigative matters.
Through an intuitive chat-based interface, clients can quickly extract relevant information with supporting citations. Unlike traditional search tools, Chat Q&A is built on a knowledge layer that understands entities, context, and relationships within a case. This allows users to ask complex questions and receive responses grounded in verifiable facts, improving accuracy and delivering deeper insights.
Any data set can be prepared for Q&A, with analysis of up to 1 million documents per hour. Once analysis is complete, users can make unlimited queries. These advancements enable faster, complete legal analysis by interpreting user intent and delivering accurate answers.
