William Hutcheson is a Solutions Architect supporting Epiq clients across the Asia-Pacific region. With over 10 years of experience in eDiscovery workflow, technology, and project management, William regularly consults with corporate, law firm, and government stakeholders to scope out technology and workflow requirements for all types of matters, ranging from small transactional projects to large-scale, long-term managed services engagements. He has experience assisting clients with data scoping and management on eDiscovery and investigative matters across the world with expertise covering the entire EDRM spectrum. He also has experience assisting corporations with business process and information governance concerns, such as internal data mapping, systems migration, litigation hold and readiness, defensible deletion, and a variety of other areas pertinent to corporations with large data profiles.
PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Epiq, William worked as the Chief Coordinator for Education Programs at ECC Japan with oversight over East and West Japan. William also has an extensive background in various customer service and management roles, always with a primary focus on client satisfaction.
EDUCATION/LANGUAGE/CERTIFICATION
William holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of California at San Marcos.
He is proficient in conversational Japanese and is both a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) and Relativity Analytics Specialist (RAS).
