Stuart Baxter is a regional director in Asia and leads the client services and operations team for Epiq eDiscovery in Asia. He has more than 15 years’ experience in project management and delivery of IT projects, and is expert in delivering solutions for complex projects with challenging requirements, including multiple jurisdiction and data privacy considerations, cross-border support, on-premise and behind-firewall eDiscovery requirements, and projects involving data analytics and emerging technologies. Working with global teams within Epiq to ensure consistent alignment of global standards in Asia, Baxter has overseen the implementation of a global support structure to ensure in region support, allowing clients wherever they are located to be supported in their time zone, as they review matters hosted in Asia. Baxter holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Natal in South Africa and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in information systems design from the University of Kingston in London.
