Renea Miller is an established leader with 25+ years of experience partnering with law firms to help drive business transformation. At Epiq, Renea serves as Vice President, Business Development, and continues to drive growth for her team and the company, staying at the forefront of industry trends and developments.
Renea Miller began her legal sales career at Merrill Corporation in July 1995 as an Account Executive, offering Litigation Services to the Washington, D.C. legal community. In 1996, she began partnering with firms in the Washington, D.C. area to outsource their back-office services. By 1999, her coverage expanded to include the Boston region. In 2002, Renea fully devoted towards national firms, developing solutions for their entire document process, including transitioning to digital workflows, conducting holistic evaluations of end-to-end print operations, and incorporating records into office services workflows. She continued to excel in her role, adding valuable contributions to her clients’ operations.
In 2016, Renea was given the opportunity to lead the Business Development Team for both regional and national Am Law 150 account sales. Under her leadership, the team has consistently exceeded sales targets and achieved great success. Her expertise and dedication to her role have not gone unnoticed, as she was a finalist for the "Best Woman in Business Development" award at the Women in Sales Awards (WISA) in 2020.
