Michael O'Connor

Michael O’Connor is the senior vice president for client services at Epiq. He oversees a team of more than 300 project management professionals responsible for class action and mass tort settlement administration programs. Michael also oversees Epiq’s Canadian settlement administration business, the top provider of settlement administration services in that country.  He works closely with his teams to e¬¬nsure consistent, superior client service standards in all communications, problem resolutions, consulting, budget management, and project execution.

A nationally recognized thought leader in the settlement administration space, Michael is a frequent speaker on claims administration best practices. He has successfully overseen thousands of settlement administration programs.

Prior to joining Epiq in 2010, Michael practiced law for 13 years in Portland, Oregon. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University in 1994 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon in 1997.
