Lisa deBoer has nearly two decades of experience as a class action lawyer and is responsible for strategic oversight of the Canadian class action business, including the development of effective solutions to our clients’ project needs.  Based in London, Ontario and covering client services across Canada, her experience centers upon class action administration and settlement programs.  She provides consultative advice on all aspects of the settlement process from notice plan implementation through claims processing and disbursements.

Lisa has experience working collaboratively with legal departments, outside counsel, and class counsel on several high-profile class action matters with a specialty in pharmaceutical and consumer protection litigation.

Lisa has an LLB from the University of Western Ontario, 2002. Prior to joining Epiq, Lisa spent close to 20 years practicing law at a leading class action firm in London, Ontario working exclusively on class action matters many of which involved complex administrations. Her experience includes, drafting distribution protocols, Notices and Notice plans and developing accessible and efficient claims processes.
