Joe Arena Director, Client Services, Corporate Restructuring

Joe Arena is Director of Client Services for the securities and solicitation team of Epiq’s corporate restructuring division.  Joe has over ten years of experience specializing in bankruptcy balloting and other restructuring projects, such as public and private exchange offers, consent solicitations, rights offerings, and public securities distributions.

Joe is an expert in counseling companies and their advisors in the development of procedures for complex restructuring events, and has extensive hands-on experience interacting with all stakeholders in connection with both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. He is adept at liaising on behalf of clients with The Depository Trust Company (DTC) and the international depositories, Euroclear and Clearstream, and in guiding the transaction’s financial advisers to ensure their models meet the necessary requirements for restructuring distributions.

Prior to joining Epiq, Joe worked in brokerage services, banking compliance, and litigation support. Joe graduated from Fordham University with a B.S. in Finance.
