Jennifer Rabinowitz is a Director at Epiq where she is focused on originating fiduciary deposits and escrow accounts as well as business development in the claims administration and corporate restructuring division. Ms. Rabinowitz has more than three decades of sales and marketing experience with more than twenty years spent in the finance industry. She brings extensive expertise working with clients across a wide range of industries and asset categories. She is best known as a dynamic sales executive and strategic leader.
Before joining Epiq, Ms. Rabinowitz worked as the National Director of Originations at Ritchie Bros., the largest liquidator of used machinery and equipment in the country. She handled the resale of assets from bankruptcies, ABCs and 363 sales, and worked on the largest liquidation in the history of the company. Prior to her position at Ritchie Bros., Ms. Rabinowitz held various senior business development positions at BankUnited, Wells Fargo, and Keltic Financial.
Ms. Rabinowitz holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Religion from Emory University. She is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) where she has served as TMA Global Distressed Investing Conference Co-Chair, Vice President of Programs in NYC, Women’s Networking Chair in NYC, and currently holds committee positions on the TMA Global Marketing & Communications Council as well as with the TMA Global Network of Women. Ms. Rabinowitz is a member of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) New York chapter, and of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) where she was invited to serve as a panelist on valuations, equipment sales, and market trends.
