Felicia Anderson leads the product management group for Epiq-developed software products. She has more than 15 years of experience in product management of enterprise software products, nearly ten of which are with cloud-based products. Felicia is passionate about using client feedback to improve the product experience.
Previously, at OpenText Felicia led the transition of products from on-premise to the cloud and established processes to improve product investment decisions and increase product launch success in their largest division. In addition, she led a company-wide initiative at Pitney Bowes to improve the effectiveness of 100+ product managers. She also managed B2B enterprise software products at Lucent Technologies (now Nokia) and Lumeta, an enterprise network security software company.
Felicia earned an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and a BSEE from University of Maryland, College Park.
