Survey Says! Legal Pricing and Project Management in the Age of AI — Results of the 2024 LPPM Survey

This is the fourth year that the Legal Value Network and the Blickstein Group have published the Annual Legal Pricing and Project Management Survey – and this year, generative AI has been on the minds of its respondents. This years' results show that generative AI is already starting to impact the law firm/client relationship, create misaligned expectations, and change expected growth patterns.
In this session, the survey authors will serve as game show hosts, with session attendees as a contestant. We will review key data points, analyze them, and together discuss the short- and long-term implications on law firms and the rest of the legal ecosystem. In addition to generative AI and its impact, we will also explore fresh data points on changes in the pricing function, rates and rate structures, innovation and change management, and more.
