The UK-based Civil Justice Council (CJC) has commissioned an independent review to gather feedback on the impacts of COVID-19 measures on the civil justice system. The CJC is interested in understanding a variety of issues, including the impact that remote hearings have on the ability of representatives to communicate with their clients and determining which technologies are needed to make remote hearings successful.
