The Academy of Court Appointed Masters is the only national organization dedicated to furthering the understanding of legal professionals on the role of special masters.  Special masters are frequently appointed in class action and mass tort matters to assist with complex claims adjudications, resolving disputes, reviewing appealed claims and overseeing various aspects of the administration process. 

O’Connor and Hamann together have more than 40 years of experience working on class action and mass tort settlements.  In this session, attendees will learn:
