Patton will moderate a panel entitled, “Practical Advice for Managing eDiscovery in Small Cases,” at 2:15 PM CST on Thursday, October 24. Attendees of this session will learn about:

• Updates to changes to the “Small Cases” draft under Rule 26(b)(1)
• Tips, tricks, and advice for responsibly and cost effectively handling eDiscovery challenges

Patton has extensive consulting experience with corporations and law firms on eDiscovery and information governance. She has worked in-house with law firms where she helped corporate clients develop workflows and processes to aid in reducing discovery-related costs and risks.
