Utley has nearly 10 years of senior leadership and management experience in the mass tort solutions industry.

Utley will drive strategy, operations, and execution around key mass tort product offerings, including case development, lien resolution, medical monitoring, settlement allocation, and advanced analytics.

Utley recently served as vice president at Garretson Resolution Group, which Epiq acquired in January of 2019, where she led operations for case development and claims administration settlement programs. Utley holds a Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
