Tice O’Sullivan, FCCA, is senior disbursements manager. O’Sullivan is responsible for maintaining the key banking relationships for our class action and trustee services divisions. He oversees all aspects of disbursements related to case administration, including coordinating tax reporting with federal and state authorities, unclaimed funds escheatment, budgeting, personnel management, and quality assurance. O’Sullivan has extensive experience consulting with corporate clients on strategic initiatives and credit management, and working in financial services both in the U.S. and EU.

O’Sullivan holds an accounting license from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin, Ireland.

O’Sullivan is a frequent speaker and author on topics including class action disbursement and payment methods best practices. His most recent article, “Class Action Payment Methods: Building the Best Process,” was published in Law360.
