Chua is Epiq’s technical lead for Asia and EMEA. He oversees the technical aspects for these regions, ranging from technical operations to client-facing services.
His responsibility includes managing the technical team to assist clients in gaining efficiencies during a service engagement, solving problems, and consulting and providing comprehensive support to clients.
Chua’s team of technical subject matter experts and service managers also specialise in supporting government tender contracts, especially in Singapore, where Epiq has been awarded a major contract for the installation and operational support of the technologically advanced automated speech-to-text platform, EpiqFAST.
Previous Professional Experience
Chua has been in the court reporting business for more than 15 years, starting out as technical service support and is now the technical lead for the International Court Reporting business.
Chua had the opportunity to work as an operations analyst for Epiq’s Legal Solutions for two years. and was RCSP certified in 2016 and has garnered knowledge on Relativity and Nuix, which adds to the understanding of the whole litigation process.
Prior to this, Chua served as a military policeman as part of his National Service obligation in 2008.
