Jane Sullivan is the executive vice president of corporate restructuring for Epiq. Sullivan has specialized in bankruptcy balloting and other restructuring assignments since 1991, and continues to be instrumental in developing and implementing the solicitation procedures utilized in cases with public securities and special balloting and distribution needs.
Sullivan is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. She also participates in DTC’s Asset Service Advisory Board meetings and regularly gives presentations – including those for CLE credit – to major law firms and financial advisory firms.
Jane Sullivan has worked on more than 200 bankruptcy solicitations, many of which have involved a large number of securities, including:
- CIT
- Delphi
- Energy Future Holdings
- Enron
- Lehman
- Motors Liquidation (GM)
- WorldCom
She has helped to develop solicitation procedures for cases in the early 1990s that are still widely used today. Sullivan is also instrumental in facilitating plan distributions, treatment elections and tender and exchange offers via The Depository Trust Company (“DTC”) ATOP system.
