NEW YORK – May 20, 2020 - Epiq, a global leader in the legal services industry, announced that Crystal Utley, vice president for mass tort at Epiq, will be participating on a Mass Torts Made Perfect (MTMP) live webinar panel discussing JUUL case development considerations.

The webinar will focus on the coordinated JUUL multidistrict litigation (MDL) and Judicial Council Coordinated Proceedings (JCCP) in California state and federal courts. The webinar is entitled “JUUL: The Product That Keeps on Killing” and is on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 3:00pm EST.

During the discussion, the panel will focus on providing updates on the status of the litigation, progress to date, rulings of note, and next steps. Utley, who is a nationally recognized expert, will highlight best practices for handling large quantities of claimant communications. She will also speak to the available options for firms working with limited back office capabilities due to COVID-19.
