Leading the development of AI-driven technologies to help Epiq clients improve efficiency, agility, and risk management

NEW YORK – April 10, 2025Epiq announced today Manish Vazirani has joined as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Legal Solutions.

Vazirani will drive AI initiatives and advance the Epiq vision for Legal Service Management, powered by the Epiq Service Cloud — a unified legal technology and services platform that helps clients improve efficiency, accelerate legal service delivery, and mitigate risks.

Vazirani brings more than two decades of experience in leading large-scale technology transformations. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Divisional CTO, Product Software Engineering at Wolters Kluwer Health-CE. Prior, he held leadership roles at Secureworks and Dell EMC, where he led large, global engineering and AI teams. His diverse background in mechanical engineering, computer science, and business administration empowers him as a technologist committed to using technology to create real business value.

“The Epiq Service Cloud is fulfilling its role in accelerating and optimising legal service delivery, benefiting both our organisation and our clients,” said Epiq Legal Solutions President Roger Pilc. “Manish will advance our data management, analytics, and AI capabilities providing the business and legal intelligence needed to make informed decisions and manage the delivery of legal solutions. This aligns with our promise of helping our clients achieve their desired outcomes in terms of service quality, speed, agility, and cost.”

Epiq Access, the front door to the Epiq Service Cloud, provides simple, secure access to a variety of legal business services, software, and data-driven intelligence reporting via single sign-on that integrates with existing authentication processes. The Epiq Service Cloud unifies and simplifies the delivery of proprietary Epiq SaaS and AI applications like Epiq Discovery, EpiqTMX, Epiq AI Discovery Assistant™, and Epiq Translate, and proprietary Epiq tools such as Epiq Workflow, RFP-as-a-Service, Agentic AI automation, Easy Upload, and Project Closure self-service workflows, customisable business intelligence reports, as well as leading third-party applications provided by partners, including Relativity, ContractPodAi, WorkFusion, and numerous others. Vazirani will lead efforts to drive further Epiq Service Cloud adoption by incorporating additional features, creating new Saas and AI products, and incorporating additional third-party applications, all with consistent, best-in-class design and user experience.

“Technology is transforming the legal industry from a service-based model to a more solution-driven one with clients increasingly favoring Service-as-a-Software, enabling faster decisions, smarter insights, and more measurable outcomes,” Vazirani said. “Embracing digital transformation and Agentic AI is no longer optional – it's essential for legal teams to stay agile, competitive, and aligned with the pace of business. We are aligned around a shared vision to leverage AI and human expertise to deliver strategic outcomes and elevate operational excellence at scale.”
