Partnering with key leaders in the global organization, Swansburg is responsible for ensuring the Canadian business, which includes eDiscovery and managed document review – including 100 document review seats in the Epiq Toronto review center, forensics, processing,  hosting, and advanced technologies such as technology-assisted review – delivers exceptional results for clients through effective operations, successful client engagement management, and organic growth in the Canadian marketplace. 

Epiq also recently announced its expansion into the Canadian class action business through the acquisitions of Bruneau Group and GCG, formerly Crawford Class Action Services, both Canadian settlement administrators. 

Swansburg has more than 20 years of experience in the legal profession, is a recognized expert in legal service delivery, and has significant Canadian legal market knowledge. Most recently, she was chief officer, practice innovation, pricing and knowledge services at Blake, Cassels & Graydon, LLP. Prior to that, she was senior counsel at Royal Bank of Canada. She holds a BA from Dalhousie University, a Bachelor of Law from Dalhousie Law School, and an MBA from Rotman School of Management.
