Elliott Mura has over a decade of Operational and Client Service experience. Prior to his role leading Epiq’s Technology Practice Group as a Global Service Delivery Director, he was a Program Director for Epiq. In addition, he leads the Emerging Technology Center of Excellence which focuses on finding solutions for clients’ unsolvable data problems.
Serving Epiq’s largest cross-function and multi-regional clients, he aligns internal resources/workflows, applying industry best practices to meet their specific needs and ensure successful outcomes. Elliott started with Epiq on the Managed Services Implementation team where he onboarded some of Epiq’s largest clients – creating playbooks, setting up both internal and onsite infrastructure, establishing innovative workflows, and connecting the client with their various support teams.
Previous Professional Experience
Prior to Epiq, Elliott worked at DST Systems, where he served as an Operations Manager overseeing 32 employees and over 45 clients. During the course of his career, he has specialized in Operations Management, Implementation, Agile Project Management, International Business, and Client Services. Elliott has worked with some of the largest clients in the Technology, Telecommunication, Automotive, Aerospace, Construction, Financial, and Legal sectors.
Education
Elliott holds an MBA degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. He also attended Missouri State University where he studied Business. He is currently a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Brainspace Certified Analyst & Specialist, and an AgilePM Practitioner.
