Dawn McPherson Director, Class Action and Mass Tort Solutions

Dawn McPherson is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership on class action and mass tort project solutions, and implementing notice and settlement administration programs in complex litigation and regulatory matters. She provides consultative advice on all aspects of the class action settlement process, from notice plan implementation through claims processing and disbursements.

Since 2016, McPherson has worked on some of the largest and most complex settlements and remediation programs, including:

• T-Mobile Premium SMS Refund Program
• Canada Forex Litigation

McPherson is licensed attorney in the State of New York and a Qualified Solicitor in the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
