What We Need

Environmental, Indigenous Relations and Regulatory Lawyer

  • 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in both a law firm and in-house legal department.
  • Experience providing legal advice with respect to Indigenous, health, safety, security, environmental, and regulatory matters including, environmental assessments, regulatory compliance issues and the like.
  • Experience establishing relationships and negotiating with Indigenous community leaders, governments, and representatives in British Columbia or Alberta and an understanding of their cultural protocols. 
  • Admitted and in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia or Alberta.
