What We Need
Asset Management Lawyer
- 5+ years of experience in fund/asset management.
- Experience advising on a full range of issues associated with investment funds and mutual funds, including investment vehicles, offering documents, governance structures, etc.
- Experience with regulatory filings; experience with registration preparation is an asset.
- Experience working with private funds and public funds.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financial transactions and agreements.
- Bilingual EN/FR (spoken and written) an asset.
- Admitted and in good standing with a Law Society in Canada.
