Jacqui Mottek is responsible for providing strategic leadership on project solutions, and implementing notice and settlement administration programs in complex litigation and regulatory matters. She provides consultative advice on all aspects of the class action settlement process, from notice plan implementation through claims processing and disbursements. She brings 25 years of experience practicing law in the class action bar to her role at Epiq.
Mottek holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in government and politics from the University of Maryland, from which she graduated cum laude. She was a member of the USF Law Review and the recipient of the Am Jur award in Constitutional Law. She is a board member of the non-profit organization, Legal Aid at Work and a supporter of AAJ, Public Justice, and The Impact Fund.
