She has more than 20 years of experience as an enterprise sales leader, including executive level roles at ADP, Ceridian, and what is now Conduent. This experience includes leadership of marketing, account management, and marketing and sales operations in HRO, BPO, ITO, and Legal Services Management.
Nicole’s early career includes software, sales, and corporate strategy leadership for United Health Care. Starting her career in the business of law in 2015, Nicole served as the CMO of Elevate, prior to joining Epiq.
